What's Next?
Your order is in the queue! Letterpress printing is a unique, hands-on process that requires time and care. Here’s a quick overview of the timeline so you know what to expect.
When will I receive my proof?
We conduct proofing twice a week, typically on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you’ve requested a proof, you can expect to receive it via email within four days of placing your order.
When will my order arrive?
Template Orders |
If you've ordered one of our pre-designed calling card templates from hobancards.com, your turnaround time, from the day of the order until they are placed in the mail, will run around 14-17 days. |
Custom Orders |
If you've submitted your own design to be printed, or have hired us to help you design a custom layout, the turnaround time hovers around three weeks from the day of the payment until they are in the mail. |
I need mine in time for an event!
Depending on the length of our queue, we may be able to accommodate a quicker turnaround time than what's outlined above. If you haven't already talked to us about your deadline, reach out and we'll see what we can do!
What's the shipping situation?
U.S. Orders |
All orders with a U.S. address are shipped free via the United States Postal Service. The transit time for most orders fall between 4-7 days. Tracking for your order will be automatically emailed to you when we print your postage. |
International Orders |
The transit time for international addresses can vary wildly depending on your location and customs processes in your country. 7 to 14 days is a good estimate, but reach out to request a more accurate estimate to your country. |
Order Status and Accounts
After your first order, you'll receive a welcome email giving you the opportunity to create a password and establish a Hoban Cards account. Accounts are not required, but give you a few perks:
- Find your estimated ship date
- Track the production status of your order
- Request reorders at a 20% discount
- Access your order history and view your approved PDF proofs
- Monitor your account balance (for every order you make, we deposit 5% of the total of that order into your account balance as a customer loyalty program. At any time, you can cash out your balance for a discount code of the same value.
