After testing many options we've settled on these chipboard cases because they're relatively cheap, look great, simply constructed, and durable.
Most importantly, they open up wide to add and remove cards which prevents the cotton stock from being worn. Cases that require you to slide your cards in and out vertically are not the best for thick cotton stock.
